How many kids can use a kit?

We let you decide! At checkout, select the number of kids participating in the day. We include supplies based on the number you select.

Is a subscription required?

Nope! You’re always able to order the kit you want, when you want, without the pressure of a subscription service.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders!

ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS

When will my order arrive?

Our kits ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed. For example, if you place an order by Monday evening, we’ll ship it out by Thursday.

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive 5-7 days after they ship. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time we only sell within the US.

My kit never arrived. What should I do?

Please notify us within 2 weeks of having received your tracking information and we'll see what's going on.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! Contact us before your kit has shipped and we'll make the update.

Can I get a refund on all or part of my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Kits must be returned unused in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return to start the process.

What if there's a problem with my order or something arrives damaged?

We are committed to helping when things don't go quite as planned.
